- This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising or social media plugins.
- It loads nothing from other companies' servers: fonts and images come from our own server.
- There are no forms. We only learn about you if you choose to email us.
- We never sell or rent personal information.
Who we are
This website, kdfcorp.com, is operated by Kamal Development Finance Inc., operating as KDF, based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Infiniti Business & International Development Consulting and Prudence are lines of business of KDF. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean KDF.

Information we collect
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry or our work together. We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
When you visit the site
Like every website, our server automatically records basic technical information about each visit: your IP address, the type of browser and device, the pages requested and the time. These records are kept by our hosting provider to run the site and protect it from attacks, and are deleted after a limited period. We do not use them to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies for visitors. Cookies are used only when a site administrator logs in to manage the site.
Other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as LinkedIn (when you choose to share an article). Nothing is sent to them unless you follow the link; once you do, their own privacy policies apply.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website and email, under their own confidentiality and security obligations, or when the law requires it:
- Web Hosting Canada, which hosts this website in Canada.
- Google Workspace, which provides our email. Email may be stored on Google's servers outside Canada.
How we protect it
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), our hosting provider protects the server against attacks, and access to administration and email is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect the information we hold.
Your rights
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it, subject to legal limits. Write to us at the address above and we will reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca. If you live outside Canada, you may have similar rights under your local law; we will help you exercise them.
The Prudence platform
This policy covers the kdfcorp.com website only. Information processed in the Prudence platform, on our shared service or in dedicated installations, is governed by our agreements with the institutions that use it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, for example by adding a contact form, we will update this page and its effective date.
